SBS 5101 Teaching Symposium
This 1-credit course for prospective instructors is a practical seminar in the art and science of pedagogy as well as the logistics of course development and delivery. A total of 16 hours class-based interaction will include didactic lectures, collaborative study of teaching models and pedagogical techniques, and several self-examination and assessments intended to increase students’ situational and self-awareness as instructors and mentors to students.
