HPSA 5314 Advanced Geospatial Methods in Public Health

This project-based course builds on the fundamentals of GIS learned in “GIS Applications in Public Health” and introduces more advanced geospatial modeling and spatial statistics used in public health. Also, a brief survey of cutting-edge geospatial technologies, including virtual and augmented reality, drones, and geoAI, and how these tools can and are being used in public health.
