QDS 5313 Statistical Computation

This course will introduce students to a variety of intensive computing or custom software for statistical analyses, such as functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) data, where a single dataset consists of 100 million elements; the analysis of genetic data; linkage and association analysis in pedigrees; and brain imaging data.
