QDS 5304 Behavioral Intervention Research Methods

This course introduces students to research on behavioral interventions, with emphasis on the reasons for studying health behavior, the various approaches that are utilized, and the challenges that researchers must confront. Other topics include the role and approach to mixed methods research, approaches to measuring behavior, and statistical methods and challenges in the analysis of behavioral research data. Finally, the role and methods of implementation and dissemination science are discussed.
