HSS 5308 Program and Policy Evaluation
This course introduces students to concepts of program and policy evaluation, including the types of evaluation, measurement, and logic models. Students will learn about the importance of evaluation and how its findings can inform policy and programmatic operations, drawing from examples of evaluation conducted by the federal government. At the end of the course, students will identify a program or policy and develop a proposed evaluation design. Students will present their proposals to the class.
