CN 5306W Metabolic Basis of Inherited Diseases
This course is designed to link alterations in metabolism with changes in the structure-function of proteins encoded by mutated genes. The course will emphasize the symptoms, diagnosis, and the role of diet in the treatment of inherited metabolic diseases. The centerpiece of instruction will be case presentations.
