CN 5305W Food Policy and Agricultural Technology

In this course, students will explore how food policy and agriculture technology shapes the US food supply and nutrient quality. Students will use evidence-based guidelines and research to analyze topics such as food labeling and regulation, food systems, sustainability, environmental impacts, use of biotechnology to support a safe and nutritious food supply, and future directions.
