CN 5304W Nutritional Epidemiology

In this course students will study the application of epidemiologic procedures, study designs, and statistical analysis to the understanding of the occurrence and control of conditions such as infections and chronic diseases and community and environmental health hazards among populations. Students will also demonstrate proficiency in scientific report writing and critique through written assignments demonstrating ability to organize and clearly express thoughts, and to criticize and assess research published in professional journals.
