HSS 5311 Quality of Care and Public Health Services
Enhancing the quality of care and services provided by health care, public health, and community organizations is a key component of public health practice, evaluation, and research. This course focuses on: (1) defining and identifying quality goals; (2) determining measures of quality; (3) planning projects to improve quality; and (4) summarizing the impact of quality improvement efforts.
