PDRT 5126 LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE
Academic credit can be awarded for a postdoctoral scholar having played a substantial leadership role by serving in the Postdoctoral Association at UT Southwestern, on a university or professional society committee, or as a Peer Advisor for the Graduate Career Development Office, or by organizing/facilitating an event such as a poster session or seminar series, journal clubs, or Works-in-Progress. A verification form describing the activity and the role of the postdoctoral scholar must be signed by an individual that can confirm the activity and approved by the Postdoctoral Affairs Office. Credit for this course can be given for experience within the last year.
