CN 5105 INTRODUCTION TO WRITING AND EVALUATING NUTRITION RESEARCH
A companion to CN 5340, this course develops students’ skills in scientific writing and critically evaluating scientific literature. Students will build knowledge in key components of the research process including conducting literature searches, applying the evidence analysis process, study design and variables, scientific figures, developing research summary tables, writing abstracts and papers, and research ethics.
