EPID 5201 Digital Media for Health Outcomes

The Digital Media for Health Outcomes (DMHO) course will train students to leverage social and behavioral insights to design, implement and evaluate digital health communications. The course will lead students through the key steps to developing, implementing, and evaluating health campaigns using social and digital media. Students will explore best practices for using social and behavioral insights, designing a campaign strategy, developing messages and creative, and evaluating campaign impact. By the end of the course, students will be able to implement a digital communication strategy with actionable campaign objectives, and evaluate its impact through ad metrics, survey data, cast, and coverage indicators.
