QDS 5313 Statistical Computation

This course will introduce students to a variety of intensive computing or custom software for statisical analyses, such as functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) data, a single dataset consists of 100 million elements, the analysis of genetic data, linkage and association analysis in pedigrees, brain imaging data.
