HPSA 5303 Program Administration, Management, and Evaluation

This course prepares students to administer, manage, and evaluate an existing program/policy. In partnership with a local North Texas community program, students identify the program’s logic model, organize operating protocols, articulate process and outcome evaluation metrics, and practice stakeholder engagement principles.
