PDRT 5120 MICROS THEORY: ONLINE CRS
The objective of this online course is to provide a basis in the principles of optical microscopy. Topics include microscope anatomy, resolution and contrast, detectors, digital imaging, optical sectioning, and FRET. Note: This course does not include classroom attendance or hands-on experience.
