BME 5316 RADIATION THERAPY PHYSICS ROTATION

The purpose of this course is to provide graduate students in the medical physics track of biomedical engineering program with initial exposures to physics activities encountered in radiation oncology clinics. During this course, the student will rotate through a set of different services in the Radiation Oncology clinic. It will help students to understand fundamental principles of medical physics in routine clinic, as well as to observe and become familiar with major common and special procedures in medical physics activities.
