ACR 5115 Scientific Communication II

This course continues to build on the educational content provided in ACR5114 Scientific Communication I (e.g., general writing skills and strategies; how to prepare an empirical article including tips on writing the abstract, introduction, aims, methods, results, and discussion/conclusion sections of a peer-reviewed journal article). In addition, the course will provide instruction on topics germane to effective communication including cultural awareness and issues faced by women in science.
